All AC+ series scissor lifts are supplied with a standard warranty of 24 months (2 years) from the date of invoice.
The standard warranty is comprehensive and covers major components, including:
The 3-year warranty on the AC+ Series Scissor Lifts is applicable only to bulk purchases, subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 15 units in a single transaction from the AC+ Series.
Customers may opt for an extended warranty of 1 additional year (2+1 years total) at an additional cost.
The extended warranty must be purchased at the time of equipment purchase and cannot be added later.
Warranty coverage is subject to adherence to the prescribed operating guidelines, maintenance schedules, and service requirements as recommended by Dingli.
Warranty does not apply to:
Dingli reserves the right to repair or replace defective components under warranty, at its sole discretion.
